When I get information over and over again, I recognize its time to share with a wider audience.

Many of my recent self-healings have been about getting rid of unwanted stuff…. subconscious beliefs that no longer support me, blockages and constrictions in my own energy field and also physically getting rid of unwanted items in my home.

I’ve always thought of this process as being rather painful, dredging up all sorts of unwanted things and having to trawl through examining it all in close detail deciding whether to keep it or throw it away.  This process makes me relive every painful experience as I remember how it got broken.  Even the word “purging” sounds nasty to me, sort of clinical with no hint of pleasure attached to it!

But twice over the last week, I have received healing visions about going through this very process in such a joy filled way, I wanted to share it with you as an alternative for you to consider.  Hopefully, it will make it easier for you to shed things you have outgrown, helping you step forward into the life you really want to live.

I saw two sisters who shared a room being told that they were going to get a bedroom makeover, but first they had to clear out all their old toys, furniture and clothes that were perhaps broken, or which they had just grown out of.

Picture them, delighted at the prospect of their wonderful new bedroom and so eager to do all they could to make it all happen as quickly as possible.

See them in your minds eye as they pull out all their old toys, their old clothes and broken pencils, dried up painting sets or felt tip pens.  All of it is happily thrown down a chute where it is all removed painlessly.  They are laughing, excited to hasten this transformation!

Then they are asked to help lift the carpet, getting ready for a wonderful soft new carpet.  They need some help, but even this heavy and dirty job they tackle happily, laughing and giggling together as they struggle to lift up the dead weight.

Quickly we fast forward to the two girls playing in their marvelous new bedroom.  We see the soft carpet, new beds with pretty bedding and gorgeous new curtains at the window.  We see them so delighted with what has come in to fill the gap now all of their old stuff has gone.

Life is like this.  You have to clear out and make some space for the new opportunities to come into your life… The only difference is that we have to act with trust and faith that the new stuff, the better stuff is on its way.  Its not always mapped out for us and not usually with any certainty at all.

I’d love to offer this way forward for you too.  Its time for you to step up to the next phase of your life, with joy, playful energy and laughter.  Its not hard if you use this approach

I’m getting so many messages right now to clear out, showing me I’ve grown out of many of my old habits.

I’m not leaving my healing work, but building on it and I’ve new ventures on the horizon, which I believe are really exciting and life changing for all who experience them.

I want to share something quite personal with you.  It’s a part of my own spiritual journey, which has been constantly evolving over many years.

It all started several months ago.  During a guided meditation in a workshop, we were asked to visualize a sacred space – it could be anywhere we wanted. I clearly saw a grassy hilltop next to the sea.  The sunshine was gentle but beaming onto me very directly.  I recognized this place as Tulum, a site of the Mexican Mayan ruins, although this exact spot was slightly to the right of the ruins.

During the guided meditation, I was asked to create a circle, a sacred space from stones lying nearby and ask permission to enter it.  This was given and I saw a golden eagle with his wings stretched out standing right in front of me.  Behind me sat a cross-legged Mayan grandmother, silently watching me, smiling very lovingly.  The Golden Eagle told me to come to Tulum.

It was an incredibly moving experience and I did not quite know what to make of it all, never having received guidance in this way before.  I made some enquiries about getting out there and found it to be quite an expensive trip, not something I could easily find the money for, just like that!

Nevertheless, I absolutely knew I had to go.  So the money was found and I booked the trip with just a few weeks notice.  The Eagle and the Grandmother appeared to me often over those weeks and I found out that she was preparing me during these meditative sessions which I did every day as I walked in the forest.  When it was time to set off, I was a little apprehensive, wondering what would happen.

The first Mayan ruin we visited was Tulum and straight away, I somehow recognized this place, even though I’d never been to Mexico before.  There was the spot I had seen in my meditation, and even the white stones were lying around, the ones I had arranged into a circle.  But there were people everywhere and it did not seem right for me to sit in meditation with so much tourist activity going on.

I found a quiet spot and received a very clear thank you for coming, but nothing else.  No wondrous drop of enlightenment.  No earth-shattering piece of knowledge.  I must admit, I felt quite confused and a little disappointed.  We finished our trip and went back for a quiet afternoon on the beach.  However, I felt terrible inside, very unsettled and I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong at all.  I ended up back in our room alone in floods of tears, sobbing uncontrollably.  I used almost the whole box of tissues!  And suddenly it was all over.  The most amazing sense of peace came over me and I felt in an almost bliss state.

It is only looking back at this story that I can begin to make some sense of what was happening.  At the time I felt incredibly confused.

You will all know from listening to my work that nature plays a very big part in my world as does light.  The next morning, during my morning meditation, I received a beautiful pearl of light into my heart.  It was the most exquisite colour – a pale orange colour, opalescent and shimmering, but with a strong light coming from it.  This pearl was dropped right into the centre of my heart and my whole being changed.  I felt alive with this light like never before – it was absolutely beautiful and again I had an amazing sensation of peace washing right through me.

We were staying in a small cabana on the beach and the dawn sunshine flooded through the windows each morning.  The following day, I jumped out of bed with my camera to record this beautiful moment and realized that the pale orange pearl I had received the preceding day was in fact the dawn sun.  I’d never thought of the dawn as orange before, only pink, blue and yellow.  I was totally stunned.

I sat to think about the dawn and realized that I’d been receiving messages about the dawn for a long time, but had never really seen the significance in it, or tied them all together.  It was as if the Universe had to hit me over the head with images of the dawn to make me realize that this is why I am here, to lead people through the dawn of this new age.

There are a few more threads to this story, which I need to explain.  On the weekend of the workshop where I’d seen the image of Tulum, I’d offered my spare room to a friend. She was also attending the workshop, which was nearby and she lived a long way away, so it made sense for her to stay with me. She had randomly picked up a book to read on the train called “Serpent of Light 2012” by Drumvalo Melchisedek.  I’d never heard of him before, but when I told her about the vision I had had during the workshop, she told me I needed to read the book because it spoke in great detail about the Mayan ruins.  So I bought it and couldn’t put it down.  In it he mentioned that several of the ruins were linked to the 7 chakras and I was astonished to see that Tulum was linked to the throat chakra.

For at least 15 years, at the time when I was just beginning my Reiki training, I have seen an image of myself with a huge diamond in my throat, beaming light all around the world, like a lighthouse.  I’d never truly understood its significance at the time, but assumed I had a big message to get out.

Once I had started this healing work full time 2 years ago, I was amazed that so many people had commented on the healing qualities within my voice itself, something I found very hard to believe.

So here I was, in Tulum, a place linked to the throat chakra, a city which the Mayans had originally called “Dawn” in ancient times.  I was also staying in a little cabana where the dawn flooded through the windows and I had received the gift of the pale orange pearl of dawn light into my heart.  It finally made sense.

I was lucky enough to hear Drumvalo speak the other day and he mentioned that in order for the ascension to take place, we must learn to live from the heart and move away from living in our minds, where we have been for many thousands of years.  He also said that some people, no matter how spiritually advanced they are, just seem unable to enter their heart because of the wounds, traumatic events and hurts they carry in their bodies on a cellular level. Once these are cleared, it paves the way for them to enter their hearts, make the transition to living from the heart instead of living from the mind and ready themselves for ascension.

I know my healing clears these things from people and I have already started to use this dawn light with some of my individual clients with great effect. Suddenly I saw a clear framework for my work, which I had not been aware of before.

I’ve been told before in visions with the Divine Feminine, that I am here to prepare people for their ascension, but it felt too big a claim to make and to be honest, too outrageous to even speak it, but with all of this information taken together, I feel very certain that I this is indeed my role.

I realize that if I have been asked to fulfil this task, it is a disservice not to step forward to help at this very special time.

Today, I feel inspired to write about asking for help.  Its something I find incredibly difficult to do and I think there are many other people who also find themselves in this position.

For many years, I was the leader and I held very strong ideas about what a leader should or shouldn’t do.  This was as true for my family as it was for my corporate role.

I felt it was my role to create a great environment where people wanted to be and where they could get the support they needed to thrive.  I’d tailor my support to give everyone exactly the kind of support they needed and it would always vary from person to person.

I also believed a leader should be strong and grounded and any sign of weakness from the leader would damage the reputation of both the team and the leader.   But while I was so busy building this wonderful environment for everyone else (and achieving great results too, I may add) I didn’t feel I could open up to anyone about my own needs as I feared it would weaken my ability to be that effective leader.

I got so good at being the strong one, that people didn’t realise the tiny signs that I was giving off.  That I needed someone who could offer me the support I was so busy providing for everyone else.  I was looking for a mind-reader, but they were very thin on the ground!

Asking for help became more and more difficult to the point where it was virtually impossible.  Even though I left my corporate role 2 years ago, its not any easier for me even now after all those years of subconscious programming.

Earlier this week, I was in trouble and needed some help. My attempt at asking for that help was very clumsy, but I managed it.  Luckily the person who I asked heard me straight away and recognised my needs.  The relief of feeling totally supported and heard was incredible and made such a difference to me.  I didn’t feel weak, or a failure, or any of the things I had feared.  I just felt better.

The wider implications of this event is not lost on me either.

I believe in the law of attraction.  I know the people I am here to serve are just like me and probably find asking for help equally difficult.  Stepping forward from that position of vulnerability is incredibly hard to do.  But you are not weak, you are just human and no one can do it all on their own all the time.

Reach out to those that you recognise can give you some support.  Even if it brings just a little crumb of comfort, it will prise open the door and allow more joy and support to flow to you.  There a lot of people who love you, who don’t think to check behind your mask of coping, who just assume you are OK because you normally are.

They will never know unless you tell them differently.

If you ask most people what they want from life, being happy and having someone to share their life with would come pretty high on the list.

So why are there so many wonderful people in the world who just can’t seem to find someone special or their perfect long term relationship.

Well, I think a lot of it lies in our belief that our perfect partner holds the answer to our happiness – that once we have Mr X or Miss Y, they will make everything OK.

What many of us are looking for is someone else to fulfill our deepest unmet needs, needs that often we aren’t even aware of. Straight away this new relationship is based on a neediness, which the other person can feel subconsciously, even if they don’t understand.

We’ve all been hurt in love, or had traumatic things happen to us that have scarred us deeply. If you imagine these hurts and wounds as holes in our emotional body, then there is also a real need within us to fill those holes and become whole again.

When we look for another person to make us feel better and all sorts of crazy dynamics get mixed into the equation – all those wounds and neediness come into play and often the new relationship fails and you gather more wounds.  The cycle can repeat endlessly until you say enough is enough!

If you can fill those holes yourself, as opposed to asking someone else to do it for you, then your energy shifts from one of neediness to one of living into your own pure essence of YOU.  In this way, you are courageously showing the world just exactly who you are.  When people can see that, then you automatically attract your perfect vibrationary match.

Any relationship starting from this authentic place has a much better chance of success because both parties show who they truly are and real bonds can be built between you – bonds that have no trace of neediness!

So the message is…. Do your inner work, heal your own wounds first and then look for someone to share your life with.

We’ve all seen at least one friend who is trying so hard to find “the One” that she almost gives off an air of desperation as she scans the room everywhere she goes to see if he is here.

We’ve probably advised them to stop trying so hard, but then we know its so much easier to say than to do, especially if you are lonely.

Your friend knows at some subtle level that all this desperate activity probably isn’t going to work, yet she doesn’t know what else to do – after all, she isn’t going to find him by just sitting at home is she?

So what is really at play here?  Why doesn’t it work?

Part of the reason is the Law of Attraction.  Basically this is a natural law, just like gravity, that is always working.  It can perhaps most easily be described by thinking of ourselves as a human magnet.  We will attract more of what is inside of us and draw it to us, just like a magnet does.

So if you are running around, feeling lonely, desperately trying to find the perfect partner, you are full of anxiety, and loneliness and this is what you will attract into your life…. More of the same.

Exactly what you don’t want!

What if we did the inner work first, cleaned up our loneliness, neutralized the desperation behind our search and concentrated on feeling good in ourself first? Once we are happy, complete and healed, the law of attraction will pull a whole different set of things to us.  This time, we may actually be happy when more of the same starts showing up: A person who feels good about themselves, who is grounded and happy.

Starting a relationship from this place gives you such a better chance of success.  Most of us do it the other way round and look for someone else to make us feel better.  Then we wonder why we keep attracting people who are looking for us to make them better too.  And the downward spiral begins.

Not only does it feel as if time is speeding up, I feel I am shifting and changing very quickly and I can say from the bottom of my heart that all of my clients are feeling this too. I see people being challenged in all sorts of ways to the point where it is just too painful to stay where they are.  It really is time to move, time to step up.

It is as if we are being pushed to our limits to make deep changes.  It is as if the Universe is turning up the dial really hard so that we do something differently instead of just talking about it.

While it is hard to watch, I know I am here to support you through this transition and I can hold your hand as you move through your own personal barriers.

When I see the same pattern cropping up in many people all at once, it is like a signal to me to record a more generic healing on the same topic.  In this way, I feel I can support more people through their struggles in this way.

These generic healings are really effective and I really hope you give one or two of them a try.  Most of you are aware of the first subject area I was guided to tackle – that of money.

The second area I’m being drawn to is one of relationships.  I see so many beautiful souls; talented men and women who are either alone or in an unsatisfactory relationship, but too afraid to leave it.

I know what that feels like.  I have been there.  It is very scary, particularly if you are feeling a bit battered and your self-esteem is at rock bottom.  When my marriage of 18 years failed, I didn’t feel I had the strength to carry on and yet here I am.  I came out on the other side.  And many of you who know me on facebook also know that I got remarried last year, 7 years later!

I have spent a lot of time healing my own wounded heart and rebuilding my self-esteem to the point where I felt worthy enough to ask for the relationship of my dreams.  And I also had to some more work when I realized I had problems actually receiving what the Universe was trying to send me!

I used all this personal knowledge to put a program together to help other people in this situation, to give them the help I couldn’t find when I needed it.  I collaborated with a very good friend and colleague, Christine Conway, a “Life Design Expert, who is a Feng Shui consultant.  Christine has also got great personal experience in this area!

With Christine healing the outer environment and me healing the inner wounds our program was a great success.  We recorded it all and produced a workbook and we will be launching the audio program in just a few days.  I’ll be writing a series of blogs about what we learned over the next few weeks, so be sure to watch out for them!

Mexico!

I mentioned in a previous e mail that I had a big breakthrough a couple of weeks ago.  So I now feel able to speak about it a little more.

I am now working with a much bigger light frequency then even just a few weeks ago.  It is a beautiful deep golden light and it brings profound peace, but also allows people to stand in their own power.

Throughout my journey with the Archangels, this has happened many times as I have moved up the scale in terms of the frequencies of light I could hold and the strength of the healings I could bring about.  But this time, the step up feels so much more powerful.

I’ve been drawn to the Mayan ruins for a while and during my breakthrough weekend, I was very clearly guided that I needed to visit the Mayan ruins soon. This is the really closely linked to the golden light I am now working with, so I’ve taken a bold decision that I’m going out there next month.  I’m not sure exactly what I’ll find when I get there, but I am travelling in a spirit of total trust and I know that the Universe will guide me.  I’ll let you know how I get on!

Today, I’d like to share with you a recent interview I had with Gaetano when I got to ask him some questions on his relationship with the Angels/Archangels and types of higher dimensional healing. I hope you enjoy it.

Lisa Dorey: How did you first start working with the Archangels and how do they pass on their messages to you for your clients?

Gaetano Vivo: I’ve been working with the Archangels since I was five.  Archangel Michael would come into my room at night and take me away on his wings and show me surreal worlds and other dimensions. He showed me that there were worlds other than the one we live in.  It was fascinating for me but it stopped when I went to school and started to talk to adults and children of my own age.

I grew up in a strict catholic family in the south of Italy where we were not able to talk about anything other than God.  Some years later when I was 23 or 24 after I finished studying at university I moved to England and although I hadn’t lived there before I felt like I’d come back home.  It was in England that the angels came back to me, my chakras were opening and really started working.  That was when my psychic and healing profession started.  Then I became a Reiki master. I feel a strong angelic presence around me and my clients when I am treating them and that is tapping into source energy and angel energy. If I feel that someone needs to be more creative and needs to communicate more then I call on Archangel Michael (Guardian of the 5th chakra) and Archangel Gabriel (2nd chakra), if the client needs to develop their psychic ability then I will call on Archangel Metatron who is Guardian of the 6th chakra.

Lisa Dorey: When did you first start to communicate with the Angels and Archangels and how did you find the overall experience?  Did you know what to do with this gift once it had become clear to you?

Gaetano Vivo: When I was very little, being a very lonely child living in my own world, I was surrounded by different angelic beings that at night who would come close to my bed and talk to me. They would reassure me and tell me things on how my life would progress once I had grew up…I have been communicating with them ever since. Then, when I moved to England I realized that the gift Archangel Michael had given to me when I was a small child had come back to me and I knew that I needed to use it to help others.

Lisa Dorey: What other types of higher dimensional healing do you perform and how do your clients benefit from it?

Gaetano Vivo: Xantia, a symbol, was given to me by the Angels and it symbolizes the whole of ourselves.  It is divided into 5 squares representing the inner child, the body, the mind, the spirit and the soul.  I perform healing using the Xantia – there are many testimonials in the book from clients who have experienced this energy that comes from the Source. Everyone on the planet has their own symbol.  The Angels gave me this one and I have used it for many lifetimes.  I have developed and practice the Xantia Healing Programme.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking recently about how things happen.  The old paradigm was to be forever doing, working through “to do” lists and using effort, effort and more effort to get the results you want.  That used to be me ……. and I was quite good at it.

I’m now realising that the old approach is just burning us out and the new paradigm is more about being, allowing things to come to us, effortlessly and easily.  When you clear out your inner garbage, the stuff that we have carried around with us for such a long time, we raise our vibration. Coupled with setting our intentions very clearly to express what we want  (always adding in, “this or something better to allow for expansion which we can’t conceive) we are really setting the stage for allowing things to come to us, rather than striving and forcing things to happen.

The secret ingredient is to do things that will take us in the right direction, but with no expectation of what will result from our actions.

It’s a totally different way to live, one that is alien to many of us.  But one that is so much more peaceful and I’m sure allows us to receive all the wonders that the Universe is trying to send us.

I know I’m here to guide many of you along this journey and because I am already a long way along the path, I know how scary it is to make that first step.

I know that so many of you have already reached out to be a part of my community. I believe so many people right now are feeling more and more uncomfortable in their lives, knowing that something is happening within them which makes their current life unsustainable, but unsure what to do next.

I can sense your hunger to be out in the sunshine, on the other side of your fear, but I recognise that you just can’t start on your journey more fully until you are completely ready.

Today, I want to reach out to you and invite you to consider taking a first step.

You may be afraid of taking that first step because you don’t know where that step may lead.

This is quite understandable – I felt the same way and resisted my first step for ages.  We don’t know where it will lead.  And there is no short cut.  To get out of the pain you are in, you have to go through it, not round it.  And to make matters worse, no one can do the journey for you -you have to face the fears buried deep within you!

I’d just like to tell you from the bottom of my heart, that I have faced many deep fears of my own and the joy you feel when you have moved through them and let them go is indescribable.

I really want this for you – to join me out in the sunshine on the other side of your fear.   With the right support, you find that the fears aren’t quite as bad as you thought and they are easily and quickly removable.

Yes, you may find yourself feeling uncomfortable once you start moving out of your comfort zone and at times, you may well wish you could run back to where you were before you started your journey.  But once you have started, you really can’t go back any more than you can fit into your baby clothes once you have grown up.  However, once you have got used to the new position, that quickly becomes your comfort zone and you are eager to carry on, releasing more and more of these fears as you feel the sweet taste of freedom and love.

I paint this picture to encourage you to think whether you are perhaps more ready than you thought you were to journey into your own light.  I’ll happily walk with you guiding and supporting you through the wonderful Archangelic support that I’m able to provide.

I can’t force, or strive to make you journey this way.  But I know of the deep joy and benefits you will attain, because I have made the same journey myself.

We have come to believe that abundance in the world is finite; like a big apple pie that cuts only into so many pieces.  If we want a bigger slice of the pie, then someone else has to have a smaller piece, or perhaps even go hungry.

When we are kind people, this fundamental belief makes it very difficult for us to ask for more because we don’t want to take anything away from someone else, whether we know them or not.

But what if this fundamental belief was wrong?

Just imagine a pie that could feed all the people in the world and never ever run out?  That is how the Universe really is.  This is the meaning of true abundance.

It’s quite a struggle to start to believe this, especially when we have been brought up to believe something so different.  After all, in our own lives, we understand the concept of finite resources so well.  We spend our money, budgeting carefully, running up debts, or building up savings.  When the money has gone, it has gone.

But I am all about challenging our old beliefs.

Once we have set our desires, removed our subconscious barriers to receiving and believing we are worthy of leading a truly wonderful life, full of light and love, then the Universe really does respond.  It has to  – it’s the Law of Attraction.  Like Gravity, these natural laws don’t choose whether to work or not.  They are always in play.

We attract what we are vibrationally calling to us.  When we have cleared our emotional debris, we are lighter, brighter and more positively calling more and more abundance into our life.

The Universe works in amazing ways and always fulfils our desires in ways we could not conceive with our own imagination.  Seemingly miraculous events begin to happen.  Perhaps we bump into someone on a train who just happens to need someone just like us and offers us our perfect job, working part time, at more money than we are on right now….  our partner gets a totally unexpected windfall, or receives a promotion?

All we have to do is set our desire, trust the Universe will bring it to us, keep our energy clear and our vibrations high.

Then watch for the little signs it’s on its way, seize the opportunities which present themselves and wait for our dreams to be realized.

It really is as simple as that!
